What is BestDealsHost?
BestDealsHost is an all-in-one property management system. Reservations, the front desk, rates, a channel manager, housekeeping, maintenance, finance, procurement and owner statements live in one place, so your team works from one source of truth instead of a stack of spreadsheets and logins.
Does it work for hotels and for vacation rentals?
Yes. Hotels sell room types as one listing; villas and vacation rentals can list each unit on its own. You choose per property, and you can run both kinds of property in the same account.
Which booking channels can I connect?
The channel manager add-on connects OTAs such as Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia. It's built on Channex and set up and managed by us — and if you already use Beds24, you can connect your own Beds24 account for some or all of your properties. Availability and rates sync automatically, and bookings, changes and cancellations come straight into your calendar.
How long does it take to get started?
You can be up and running in an afternoon. Create your account, import your units, guests, vendors and future reservations from CSV files, then connect your channels. A setup checklist walks you through each step.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day free trial needs only your email address. You won't be charged during the trial, and after it you're invoiced monthly in arrears.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your settings. You can download a full export of your data as a ZIP file whenever you like, including for 90 days after you cancel.
How do you keep our data and guests' data safe?
Every person gets their own login with a role and granular permissions, staff can be limited to the properties they work at, and two-factor authentication is available for everyone. An audit log records changes, and guest ID documents are deleted automatically after a retention period.
Does it connect to Xero?
Yes, on the Pro plan. BestDealsHost pushes transactions, bills, daily revenue and payments to Xero, and payments you make in Xero flow back automatically.
